Support chat and your information
Openstead uses Intercom for support chat. When enabled, its Messenger loads on this site and may use cookies and process your IP address, browser details, pages visited, and messages you send. This form sends messages to Openstead’s separate contact queue. Please keep passwords, API keys, payment details, and customer data out of chat. Read Intercom’s privacy notice.
Optional analytics and your choices
Optional page analytics are managed through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They stay off until you choose Allow analytics. We provide the published page path, site area, and the referring site’s origin, without query strings, account details, messages, or document titles. Google Analytics may also collect browser and device information. Your choice is shared across Openstead’s .tech sites for one year, and the Analytics choices control in the footer lets you change it. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off. Google may process the analytics data under its privacy policy.
